  1. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
       provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation")

   AK Vet Med, s.r.o., ID no: 17570123 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Provider' or 'the Administrator'), in accordance with the provisions of Articles 12 and 13 Regulation to its customers - natural persons who are within the meaning of Article 4(1) Regulation data subjects and whose personal data is thus within the meaning and scope of Regulation protection is provided, it provides the following information, communication and instruction:

 

  1. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER - The data controller is AK Vet Med, s.r.o., Na Cikorce 1228/36, 143 00 Praha 4 - Modřany, Czech Republic, ID No. 17570123. If a customer has a question regarding the processing of personal data, it is also possible to contact us via email info@akvetmed.cz.
  2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF PROCESSING - AK Vet Med, s.r.o. processes personal data of customers in the following cases:
    1. We need personal data for the performance of the contract - for the ability to communicate effectively with the customer and inform them, for example, about planned events. We generally need the customer's name, address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as information about membership in professional institutions for the purpose of applying for discounts and various personal choices made by the customer, such as preferred payment currency or preferred lunch at events.
    2. Processing is necessary for customer records - we are entitled to use the collected customer contact data to send commercial communications regarding our services and products, and we are also substantially interested in using personal data to assert a contractual claim, etc.
    3. The customer agrees to the processing - if the customer gives us consent, other personal data may also be processed - the customer's consent is always informed and specific as to the purpose, scope and duration of the processing of personal data, the customer has the right to withdraw it at any time. Personal data is processed by us to the extent that the customer has provided it to us. The customer can always refuse to provide the personal data that we request from the customer. However, if it is data that we are required to provide, we cannot provide the related service in such a case.
  3. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - If we process the customer's personal data on the basis of the customer's consent, the provider is entitled to require the customer to confirm the consent in writing. If the customer provides such consent to the provider, the customer may withdraw it at any time, in any form and without any penalty. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the provider's right to continue to process the customer's personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes for which the provider has another lawful ground for processing.
  4. BUSINESS MESSAGES - Customers who have used the Provider's services repeatedly are considered regular customers by the Provider, unless the customer expressly informs the Provider otherwise. The Provider is entitled to process the personal data of the customer received from the customer in connection with the provision of services, also for the purpose of direct marketing of its own products and services (e.g. invitation to an event, etc.). The customer is entitled to object at any time to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of the provider's direct marketing and may refuse the sending of further offers at any time in a simple manner made possible by the provider.
  5. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA - Personal data of the customer is stored by the provider for the period necessary and to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing, i.e. for the duration of the contractual relationship between the provider and the customer and subsequently for the period of time that the provider is obliged to keep the data according to generally binding legal regulations, always to the extent necessary to fulfill the provider's obligations. In addition, the Provider is entitled to retain the Customer's personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of protecting and/or enforcing any rights and claims of the Provider arising from the contractual relationship between the Provider and the Customer for as long as any claims are not time-barred under the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
  6. PROCESSORS AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA - The customer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties who provide the provider with professional veterinary, accounting, legal or IT services in order to ensure the proper performance of the provider's obligations under generally binding legal regulations or in order to assert and/or protect the provider's claims and rights against the customer. Before transferring personal data to a third party, the Provider shall always conclude a written contract with the third party governing the processing of personal data, which shall contain the relevant safeguards for the processing of personal data. Personal data may also be disclosed to other entities, but only if they have a legitimate reason for accessing the personal data (e.g. law enforcement authorities, other controlling authorities with a legal mandate to access the information).
  7. INFORMATION ON CUSTOMER RIGHTS - The Customer has the right to request from the Provider access to his/her personal data, their correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, and to object to processing, under the conditions set out in By order of has the right to the portability of such data to another controller within the meaning of Articles 15 to 21 Regulation. The customer also has the right to be informed without delay of any personal data breach that may result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. The customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (or other supervisory authority with competence in the field of personal data protection, if established) if he/she considers that the provider, in processing personal data (including the processing of customer requests, if any), is acting in breach of By order of. Information on action taken on a customer's request pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 Regulation will be provided to the customer without undue delay, at the latest within 1 month of receipt of the request. The processing of the customer's personal data will not involve automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22(1) and (4) Regulation.
