Small animal rehabilitation focuses on therapy and recovery from orthopedic and neurological diseases. An individual rehabilitation plan must be developed for each individual patient. Each rehabilitation plan includes movement therapy - kinesiotherapy. The forms of kinesiotherapy are passive kinesiotherapy, assisted kinesiotherapy and active kinesiotherapy. Each exercise in kinesiotherapy has a goal. The main goals of kinesiotherapy are to improve the animal's active movement, flexibility, strength and fitness.
